Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Cups

1: Roll together 2 pieces of sugar cookie dough to form 1 ball and repeat for the last 2 pieces.

2: Place each dough ball in a greased muffin tin and bake at 350°F for 14 minutes.

3: Once baked and while still warm, use a small spoon to create a divot in the center of each cookie to create a 'cup' shape.

4: Once cookie cups have cooled, fill with cheesecake filling.

5: Top with strawberry syrup and cheesecake crumbles.
