Delicious cookies stuffed with Reese's peanut butter cups, enhanced with chocolate chip cookie dough and topped with Reese’s peanut butter ice cream and Hershey's chocolate syrup.
1: Press slices of cookie dough flat and place 1 peanut butter cup in the center of each slice.
2: Form the dough around the peanut butter cup to cover completely.
3: Bake cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350° for 14-15 minutes.
4: Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
5: Top with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
