Chocolate Chip Cookie Fries

1: Roll to flatten cookie dough between parchment paper and sprinkle with a little flour to avoid sticking.

2: After the first roll, add Easter sprinkles over the top of the dough and roll between parchment a second time.

3: Cut edges of the flattened dough to create an even rectangle shape.

4: Cut even, small strips of dough in the shape of 'fries.'

5: Lay the strips on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 15 minutes.

6: Bake the cookie dough at 350º for 11-12 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

7: Microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments, stirring until melted and glossy.

8: Dip your fries in the white chocolate sauce or ice-cold milk and enjoy!
